it makes me mad when men lecture women on how to be confident and love themselves and all that shit, i've met very very few who would apply those ~enlightened ideals to their own dating life or general behavior

same anon. what the fuck do they know. when it comes to men we're all drilled to look at "personality" first. most of the guys i know make dumbass comments about women's looks all the time, and the only reason they tell us to be confident is so they can feel less shitty about doing it and justify their own behaviour.
