mte. like i guess you don't realize how bizzarre it is until you see it from another person's perspective. it's definitely an addiction and regular updates feed it, i've always felt that but hearing it phrased so perfectly. oh, well, at least i'm not delusional or stalking them.

i do on days i'm free but i get stressed super fast so i usually have work on my mind. i am addicted though, no lies, and it can't be healthy but i can't seem to snap out of it, ugh.

same :( i've had some major stress/trauma in my life and these periods have all coincided with most fandom engagement, but i always feel like i should. idk. cope better.

yes, exactly! i use it as my go to stress buster for the big, the small and everything in between. i feel like i'm going to regret it later. i'm so jealous of people who are good at sports. i'd love to vent through something that's a totally different space but i'm so lazy.

no. :( i mean my work is pretty much what i do all the time. downtime is rare and i usually want to use it to do nothing productive plus hobbies can be expensive to maintain. i'm such a flop at life, anon. how do so many people back so much into their lives?!

i wish i knew. i have stubbornly maintained most of my non-professional interests (and the key word about all of them: inexpensive) but it's at the expense of a social life. which throws me back into fandom ha ha ha. and then there's choosing between hobbies and rest omgfgggdfgsdgd ;;

ahhhh *deep breath* i sometimes sing and play music lol, mostly piano stuff. i paint and sculpt. i'm trying to get back into open water swimming. i also write. sobs. where is time for friends, not that many are still here in my town.
