Requirements:
-A journal that is 4 months or older.
-You have journal entries, friends and are a member of some communities.

they just want an active LJ account. but they do state that if your account has nothing and you have a friend in the comm, you can ask them to get the mods to accept you. tho i think the 4 months old account thing still applies.
