I DUNNO IF IT WORKS FOR EVERYONE, BUT I HAVE BEEN ON CERAZETTE (I DUNNO WHAT KIND OF BC THIS IS) FOR FOUR YEARS AND NOT HAD RED OCEAN FOR THREE. apparently over time some pills/the arm thing/injection can stop red ocean all together. THE OFF SWITCH I ALWAYS WANTED.

ALL BC HAS SIDE EFFECTS BUT I HAVEN'T NOTICED ANY FOR MYSELF? I've never really suffered side effects from any BC before so that could just be me being lucky. I've been on this for so long I've forgotten what side effects it's meant to have tbh
