i wonder if jjong's accident had any say-so on the song being promoted. i thought for sure 'nightmare' would be the title track because it's the opposite of dream girl, but if there was a lot of parts specific to jonghyun they might have changed the promo-track to better suit the needs of the group

probably not. they would have had to get someone to come up with a whole new choreography and then learn it in just less than a month if they changed songs after his accident
