some translations make it sound like jonghyun won't be participating at all and others make it sound like sm is monitoring is condition and he'll be back asap

the official announcement is that he will miss the start of promotions. however other articles and korean fans speculate that he might not participate at all because he has not been involved in the rehearsals.

oic bc he hasn't been going in and out of the sm building?

i understand their logic ngl :( he's going to have to learn it eventually though, so i'd hope he'd play catch up as soon as possible
