i really like amy and patricia (her articles are always interesting to read/well-written, but sometimes i'm 50-50 with her actual point), ree (tho i don't think she writes actively anymore), and nabeela. i think they're the strongest with idol-centric articles. sometimes when writers try for issues with more depth, it comes off as superfluos and pretentious.
