what truth? that they pander to the same standard they're trying to disprove, or that it's all women? that the token black and asian women, lord forbid, be given dialogues? did you count the number of times they say thin in this ad? this is the same dove that tells me i need whiter underarms and the same unilever who sells axe and sells poisonous fairness products in developing countries. where do they get statistics like only 4% women think they're beautiful? bullshit.

ultimately they're selling a product. they're capitalizing on people's insecurities and it's not cute.
