ugh i love this. i want him to sing jazzy song. oppar y u said u like jamie cullum then u don't sing it at all >:(

i was in choir who sings mostly classical and contemporary songs (sometimes pop songs ig). i sing pop & rnb with my friends but i'm most interested in jazz. it sucks because i only have like one friend who's really into jazz too :/

screaming anon we should be like... anon meme friends lol i know v few ppl in my circle who like jazz, too. i've so fallen in love with bossa nova- i got so stupid excite about onu listening to some portuguese pop song but rly he would be FANTASTICALLY suited to this genre, i can't stop thinking abt him singing http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nW6agN1KH8o ;_________;

yeah while i like pop and rnb and ballads, i really love jazz and those "boring" songs (quoted from my friends, ofc). when i go to karaoke i don't even pick songs bc all i want to sing is jazz and no1 would care. one time i picked michael buble & nelly furtado's quando3x and no1 in my group of friends at that time knew the song (wtf???) so i sang buble's and nelly's part alone :( sad life of mine. uhh it would suit onew's voice perfectly ;;

omg i love buble/furtado on that song *______* and... it's so weird, i mean obvsly there are boring songs or, really, renditions, in all genres, but slower songs are p much lumped into 'boring' regardless.
ALSO THIS http://youtu.be/u0VSy6D-NH8 ughhh i die

ikr! i really like upbeat songs too. ig i've lived with people that use music as a companion for their lives so these songs really don't suit them at all. esp because in college i mostly listen to music while studying (bc we have to study all the time) so my friends usually play really mainstream popular pop songs. for a year i had to listen to justin bieber and lady gaga omg it was one of the darkest years in my life
i haven't listened to this omg so beautiful ;; somehow reminds me of i wish you love

i really like jamie cullum and michael buble's songs. my faves from jamie are 21something and i think i love. michael buble doesn't really have many original songs but i love his take on i've got a world on a string and feeling good

;___; good choices omg. my jazz love roots are in jazz piano actually and i'm a nina simone stan (that is a strange phrase to have typed), so i still listen to a lot of older versions of classics. and sam cooke freaking owns my soul. well, the parts of it nina simone hasn't destroyed.

almost no one in my family and circle of friends like jazz and i only learned classical piano for like 5 years (then i gave up lol). so i learn jazz songs from the modern singers and found the classics from them lol, i go backwards /o\

hey you gotta learn your own way rite, even if it's not the usual progression. as long as you do get there \o/
