start filling them from the bottom. don't make the edges of the inner ends of your eyebrows too harsh, use a spoolie and blend it out. overplucking is the most tragic thing you can do too them so be careful, get them done professionally first if u never have before. if you have eyebrows that stand up, use an eyebrow gel. make sure your eyebrows are darker than ur normal hair, unless it's black than go one or two shades lighter

that's all i can think of rn, sry anon my eyebrows are quite flat so idk what you can do about the arch. i think eyebrow wax instead of powders might be better for them
