my chinese isn't great but it says something like

april 29th is the release date, but jonghyun, who was recently injured in a traffic accident, will not be joining everyone in their activites/promotions. we hope that everyone will support them anyway, so that a four-member shinee can still successfully finish promoting chapter 2's album activities/promos!

yeah ia, but the word they used for unable "无法" has a pretty... final connotation? like it translates directly to smth like "no possibility" or "no way" or "no ability", there's a connotation of despair and finality to it. idk how to explain lol /o\ but i'm just the translator so idk
